If your item isn't a great fit or you are not happy...we do accept returns within 10 days of receipt for STORE CREDIT ONLY. A store credit in the amount you paid will be issued via email as store credit. Processing returns can take up to 5 business days once we have received your package. Package/return label must be dated within 10 days of your received date/delivered date...or package will be rejected. If you are wanting an item in a different size you can always purchase the item again but you will still receive store credit only when we receive the return. We do not refund any orders.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges pertaining to returns and exchanges. We do not refund any shipping costs including shipping on original order or return shipping.
To be eligible for a return...
- the product must have been received by you within the last 10 days.
- the product is not damaged or worn, odor free, must include original tags still attached to item and shoe boxes must be shipped inside another package/box as the shoe box will become damaged during transit and will not accept any shoe boxes with tape or labels placed right on the box.
- Sale items or accessories/undergarments/bralettes/headwear cannot be returned/exchanged . (sale items include: sale, clearance and jewelry). These are all FINAL SALE. Anything Discounted 30% off or more is FINAL SALE (including items bought during special sales)

Once Mama Llama’s Barn mails the package to you... Mail Carrier is responsible for the delivery and protection of your package. Please contact the mail carrier if item has not arrived or is damaged. if you cannot resolve with mail carrier...please contact us.
EXCESSIVE RETURN POLICY:
If you return or exchange more than 3 items during lifetime of ordering, a minimum of 15% restocking/handling/shipping fee will be deducted from the return and will increase with each return. We are always available to help you decide which size you need before ordering. Excessive returns may be denied from placing future orders.

PRE-ORDERS:Often we open up items for “Pre-Order” What this means for you is we collect orders before we have them in our hands. This allows us to make sure we order enough for everyone. Typically, we do not do this on every product, just things that will be HIGH sell outs & limited demand products.Each pre-order is clearly stated with a turn around time estimated to Mama Llama’s Barn. Occasionally, we extend this time to make sure we have enough to complete our orders.We can’t control if our vendors extend and or transit time with the mail carriers, as some things may take a little longer than stated.We do not refund for pre-orders that may take longer than the stated turn around time.
